I was very impressed by the professionalism and speedy service. When I called the woman that answered the phone said the plumber would be there with in the hour, and he was. Bill was great at explaining why our toilet kept backing up and what we could do to prevent it and fix it. We ultimately needed a flapper in an outside drain replaced. He said he could fix it and offered at a very reasonable price but suggested we could also get the part and do it ourselves which would be cheaper if we wanted. He told us what to get, where, and to call him if we had any questions about it. My husband and I really appreciated his advice and service but mostly Bill was a honest and good person by understanding that most people can't and don't want to drop hundreds of dollars on a toilet. Thank you Bill, we will be calling you for any other troubles in the future!
